Are You in the USA and Still Facing Jab Mandates? Here's a Few Useful Resources
The US Supreme Court stayed the order on OSHA enforcing a vaccine mandate on businesses with more than 100 employees. They upheld the mandate on health care workers (any facility receiving Medicare or Medicaid dollars, anyways, which is most). So what do you do if you are still facing these mandates (or perhaps getting a booster mandate too many) in the face of a vaccine that is fast losing claim of either effectiveness or safety? I'd wait it out and try to find an exemption.
Medical exemptions can be very difficult to get. Doctors who give them can lose their license for giving them, a situation that is starting to feel like a dam that is about to break. The few that are allowed are usually for somebody already so vaccine injured that the point of getting it to keep employment may be a lost cause already. So what is the state of other exemptions in the USA?
My uncle, who is a lawyer and had a few clients seeking mandate exemptions, explained it thusly "The mandates are unenforceable because they must have exemptions and those exemptions are pretty well protected." Tell that to active duty US military, all of whose religious exemptions have been denied. The US media has predictably tried to discredit religious exemptions to vaccines by claiming that most mainstream religions are pro vaccine, as though you need a signed permission slip from the Pope affirming your views. Legally in America, however, religion is a deeply held sincere personal belief. That's it. It doesn't have to be consistent with your past practices (i.e. that you've taken other vaccines, or never attended church before). It doesn't have to be Christian. I doesn't have to be logical. It's wonderful if you can quote Bible Scripture or talk about an epiphany you had from God while praying about the matter. That's not necessary though.
I think lawyer Jeff Childers at Coffee and Covid had the best explanation of what to do for folks facing a vaccine mandate.
On my WordPress site several months ago I posted what I considered to be the best religious exemption letter that I had read. I still get a smattering of traffic and click through to my link every day, even though it is 100% from search engines Duck Duck Go and Bing (Google, presumably, blacklists my content). I am happy if even one of the several hundred who saw it found it useful for their situation. It is available here:

This document cites issues of coercion and full disclosure, which are necessary for voluntary association. It seems in practice that some hospitals/employers are rejecting all exemption letters, while others are accepting almost all exemption letters. Some are giving extensions and waiting out the political climate. There is an argument linked below by William Butler that compliance from an employer's perspective involves much more of keeping records and has little to do with an audit of exemption letters or reasons for them.

My guess is that employers, schools and the like who continually insist on one size fits all policies will eventually have lawsuits on their hands. Sometimes all it takes is reaching out and having hard face to face conversations, no matter where you are in the world. Sometimes it takes a little more than that. Unfortunately it doesn't help me in my personal situation in Thailand, but if you're in the USA and still facing this madness, keep on going. The booster regime is getting harder to justify by the day.
Good luck. And God Bless...
