Edward Dowd has noted an alarming and continuing rise in workplace inattendance which correlated the the Covid vaccine rollout.
As related in a series of tweets by the former hedge fund manager:
Although deaths that may have been related to the jabs get the most attention disability and workforce attrition due to Covid like illness, jab injuries and immune suppression are almost certainly a larger problem. For every one person who dies suddenly from something in the “vaccines” there are clear signs that a much larger percentage have recurring illness that they don’t quite seem immune from. Could it be the spike protein circulating circulating immune suppressing antibodies?
Here is a closer look at the chart, which Edward Dowd claims is a 13 sigma event. Statistics wasn’t my strongest suit in college but I think that means that you have greater odds of seeing a unicorn emerge from a black hole and crap out gold bars or something:
Of course there is a bit of a debate regarding why so many people are out of the office. Many agree with Mr. Dowd wholeheartedly.
Others suggest alternative reasons.
Long Covid and the aftereffects of climate change are the two answers commonly given in the corporate mainstream media. I think the effect is far too large for Covid aftereffects to explain much of it. Many workforces also wanted all of their employees vaccinated. So of course to even try to pin this on Covid somehow, you’d have to then admit that the jabs don’t work at all, or work in the wrong direction. This is exactly what a lot of the data shows. The more you jab, the more Covid you cause. Even taking out devastating disabilities and deaths, this simple issue should merit a lot more attention. At a bare minimum the shots cause immune suppression and hence more illness over time. Numbers that show otherwise seem to be created by a team of high quality data analytics researchers that are paid to lie with statistics.
I did think of another reason that workplace absence might be so high. I’ve been taking a little time off of my publishing job to recalibrate. The environment feels toxic and there is a constant corporate punching down that I think reached its absolute limit during Covid. This can eventually cause feelings of disdain about your work. It is constantly underappreciated and dismissed and corporate higher ups are always looking for ways to forever automate and reduce the workforce. They constantly want more from you for less. There’s a corporate style gaslighting and victim blaming that is pervasive. And a lot of theft of course from the bottom to the top managed by middling minders.
I think there’s a point where a lot of principled employees do say screw this place. They look for every out they can and might even leave out of disgust. That is also known as the great resignation, but I think in some places employees might duck out of corporations taking every sick day that they can and then some without actually technically leaving the corporation. This is all from the tree bearing its poisonous fruit.
I enjoyed this anonymous rant regarding the corporate situation as was posted on Zerohedge:
My rant sent anonymously to my company's senior leadership after they complained about getting people back to the office:

YOU (metaphorically) caused this. This is entirely self inflicted. You threatened to FIRE people unless they got an experimental gene therapy jab with unknown dangerous side effects. YOU forced folks to write "sincere" requests for exemptions, and if they were not deemed worthy enough, would FIRE them. You forced employees who never wanted to work from home to do just that or BE FIRED. YOU instituted 14 day quarantines with mandatory doctor checkups, at employee expense. YOU instituted weekly and even daily mandatory tests, at employee expense. You instituted insane mask rules, which dont prevent any virus from being transmitted, in which you could be FIRED for not wearing them. YOU instituted a medical apartheid dividing this company and forced people to make public their private health information.
YOU caused all this despite massive scientific evidence to the contrary.
And now YOU want to just say "sorry, it was a crazy time, please come back in?"
Or what? You going to threaten to FIRE them again? Good luck in now replacing these employees in today's economy.
There is no easy way back. It will take years, even a generation, to restore the trust YOU destroyed. The first step is YOU need to be in the office EVERY SINGLE DAY from 7am to 6 pm. If you and other VPs/directors aint here, no one is gonna take it seriously.
Then YOU need to make it an advantage to be at work. Impromptu F2F meetings, hands on training, lunches upon lunches with the workers, walking up and down every facility, etc. YOU have to make it the good choice to be AT WORK.
Finally, YOU need to rehire every single employee that you fired or forced out, with BACK pay, with missed promotions and with a "We f*cked up" HAND WRITTEN apology attached to a $XX,000 check.
And you know what still? Some will never return or come back in to work. But it will be a start.
So what do you think is causing this?
Ed Dowd: Workforce Absence Rates Rise to Catastrophic Rates
I don’t know how many there are like me, but when offered a way to return to the job that tried to force me to get jabbed to retain, I told them to fuck off. This was after they terminated me, of course. I have yet to see any thorough analysis detailing what proportion of folks walked away from their abusive employers. There’s gotta be some (not small) number of people from this group.
For the Blue Pill Covidian, "It was Covid" is their last thread to cling to before the nightmare is upon them.
