If I was writing for a mainstream publication, that might be the title. As long as I was A: Absolutely anti gun and B: Absolutely agreed that Stephen Paddock somehow killed 58 and wounded 400 in a lone gun fish in a barrel style.
Fast forward from the Las Vegas massacre in Oct. 2017 to Jan. 2023 ... Clark County Sheriff Joe M. Lombardo is now ... voilà! ... Nevada Governor Joseph M. Lombardo‼️
I've noted that myself about former Sheriff Lombardo. My sense during press coverage of him at the time was that he knew a lot that he was unwilling to say and to my knowledge he never said it. A consummate politician but as they go I like him better than most...

I agree. Wish i knew the secrets of the massacre. My recall is fuzzy by now. But i was amazed to learn
(1) Mandalay Bay was 2 different hotels in the 1 building ... with Mandalay Bay located on floors 1 to about 33 ... then the Four Seasons (or maybe it was the Ritz Carlton?) owned by Saudi interests from floor #34 up to the roof.
(2) that the Saudi prince, who was seen in Western attire walking through ... was it the Bellagio lobby? ... with his armed guards, who may have been a possible target that night; and
(3) the helicopters with flashes of light = firing of shots from the helicopters!
As "conspiracy theories" go, the Las Vegas massacre was for me impossible to figure out.
I have some theories from my on the ground experience and I plan on sharing them with Sage Hana soon. My best bet is that this was supposed to be a very big event, a 9/11 style terror on the Strip event, which had to be rolled back and pinned on the patsy due to some key operatives being killed/disabled by a surprisingly well armed citizenry.
This is interesting. My impression from recall is that Sheriff Lombardo was giving out some real details at first, but that he was quickly shut down and controlled ... and/or scripted in his remarks. And yes, and to me, Lombardo rapidly began to look like a puppet on strings. And now Governor! How interesting!
I've seen this kind of thing repeatedly, that 'team players' get promoted up the political ladder ... say like a guy who I knew who was a delegate in Virginia's General Assembly and is now a Representative in Congress. I suspected this would happen, that this empty suit of a man would get 'promoted'. My first piece of evidence was that all of this guy's proposed bills in the House of Delegates were milquetoast vanilla, and just enough to posture as a 'conservative' (whatever that may be!). On the other hand, I have seen quite a few who were for us regular folks, and who actually had fight in them, get squashed like bugs by the party apparatus. This guy I speak of happens to be a Republican. But the same crap goes on in the other party.
As usual, by their fruits ye shall know them! And if Sheriff Lombardo knew something as I suspect he did, and let his mouth be sewn shut, then this means is our time of lamentation prolonged.

I'm far from a gun nut, but just from my brief shooting that day the fish in the barrel theory made zero sense. In a three dimensions world that gun will trail high into the sky, straight into the ground, or hundreds of yards left or right....

That Las Vegas shooting is the least covered mass killing in history. I read that it was not even included in the official LV crime statistics for that year.
Look up the "helicopter theory" if you want to go down a rabbit hole deeper than the one in Dealey Plaza. The only thing I have to add is that I read in Smithsonian Air & Space some years ago that there are classified flights between McCarran and nearby super secret Groom Lake / Area 51, so it is highly probable that there are ATC personnel at McCarran with high level security clearances.
Don't forget Nellis Air Force Base! I remember delivering food one day I saw a shadow of some sort of plane above me. It had to be flying very low, I didn't hear a thing, around midday sun. I watched the shadow of this imaginary plane trek over sunrise mountain and out of sight. If only they could control the shadows!
Recently I watched a The Duran video about the Maidan Square 2014 shooting in the Ukraine where snipers were brought into a multi-story hotel and shot up the place ... and with the shooting location being protected against people getting into the building to get at the shooters so as to shut the thing down. And then the legitimately elected Ukrainian government was blamed for the attack. This reminded my of Las Vegas which was obviously upon close scrutiny a 'not right' highly flawed narrative.
So the Cretin Power behind all of this stuff appears quite willing to actually bring in snipers, kill the required number of people designed expressly for high value shock effect. And what 'they' do abroad, 'they' now quite routinely do domestically ... and now for quite a long time.
Two things: first, statistically this kind of stuff happens in highly controlled Blue turf. And ditto for every instance I looked into. Secondly, for me the proof that Las Vegas was to be the Grand Daddy of All Control Stagings was how quickly Las Vegas was stuffed down the Memory Hole. There was just too much heat and light shed on this horror show for the miscreants behind it to bear. The psy-opt failed in its mission of furthering national gun control/confiscation legislative agenda.

FYI: an AR-15 is .223 The .308 caliber is the AR-10
