Is This Freedom Month?
Another Pride Month has come and gone. Of all of the memes I saw that seemed related to it, this is the one that was hands down the funniest to me. Have we turned the insects gay too with our poisoning of the Earth?
On a personal note, which I am writing about but trying to gather my thoughts regarding, did anyone else feel like this in June?
I’ll share that story next time. I’m trying to be in a better place. I do miss the 4th of July, my all time favorite holiday, but my writing genre today is to go for mystery and suspense instead:
I found this tidbit interesting: I’ve read about two different people who got in trouble for popular memes I’ve shared/stolen before and posted on this substack.
The meme she shared in question, on her personal Facebook page in which she listed her employment with the company? Why is this even controversial?
This one was shared by a politician who was apparently unaware that it was anti Semitic. Here I thought it was old rich white men like the guy from the board game Monopoly. Apparently he had to apologize profusely or something…Sigh. These victomhood theatrics grow old…
I’m trying to do just that in real time….

Good stuff Amy, thanks so much. I couldn't resist writing about the fake debate, not to mention the real danger of the draft. I know you don't have draft age kids, but I thought you might want to see this just the same and possibly meme about it ...

I have a son and a grandson in their target age range, so I guess I have a dog in this fight, as they say.
