It’s been an honor to get to meet both Nicholas Creed and Ben Bartee these past few days in Bangkok. My husband got the medical clearance certificate but alas the US Embassy wants a few more documents on Ka (mostly certified English translations on his court documents). So that is my update for now. It’s not that the beach is that terrible of a place to go back to or anything. It’s more about being home for Christmas.
I am not feeling bad about things. This is the fight of a lifetime for the future of the world and what kind of life we’d like to see for us and our children. This vast regulatory body has sprang up in our midst and is in the process of strangling its host. But how do we build a new future?
We remain unjabbed. From left to right my husband Ka, myself, Nicholas Creed and Ben Bartee at Bangkok’s Lumpinee Park taken today November 13, 2024.
How long could things have continued in this direction of biomedical dystopia? And now for some memes all cheerfully stolen from Patrick.net
I liked this picture of me and my husband. He says he loves me for my heart and because I am so strong. Sometimes I would hear these stereotypes in Thailand about how since he is a Thai man, that automatically means he is abusive and probably an alcoholic. Have you looked at the guy? For one thing I could take him in a fight, but for another, since I would presume that he’d only be in a fighting mood if drunk, I can also drink him under the table. I’d guess at that point it would be as simple as say, blowing my breath on him to get him to fall over. Maybe it’s contagion!
We’re lovers not fighters. The world has enough to fight against already. Keep it aimed up and not outwards.
Onwards!
Amy you are hilarious towards the end when you say not only can you take Ka in a fight, but you can drink him under the table! 🙃🤪
That’s GREAT news! 🎉 Prayers going up that there are no more hiccups in your path and that you are both here for the Christmas holidays!
