I received this message from Mr. BlueSphynx regarding problems opening emails:
Hi Amy,
FYI - I receive an e-mail notification by Amy Sukwan from Amy's Newsletter, when you post new content.
But the ONLY way for me now to open and read the content, is to click the ' online' link in that e-mail message which then opens your content in Substack with me already logged-in. However, I am not able to read or contribute to the comments because when I click on Read comments it opens a new page in which I am NOT logged-in. And when I try logging in on that page with my Substack-account, it is not recognized. And going straight to the Substack homepage and trying to log-in there doesn't work either.
I didn't try re-subscribing again as that would probably mess up the whole thing.
I am not sure if I am the only one experiencing that log-in trouble (it's the same problem when I open Nicholas' substack).
But if there are more people having that trouble (it is clearly a Substack error), it might provide an explanation when you experience that the articles you post receive less likes or comments than usual.
Is anybody else coming across this problem? I downloaded the paid subscriber chat feature on my phone and was never able to figure out how to work that either. If anyone else is having this problem, my email is AmySukwan@gmail.com. Or you can respond at the ko-fi link. I’m trying to come up with Christmas gifts for my wonderful supporters, who have managed to keep me sane during a very trying time. You have my gratitude and prayers…
Hi Amy, looks like it was a temporary glitch I experienced and Substack has fixed it in mean time. I am now able again to read/post comments on your and other Substacks, and am not prompted anymore for username/password when opening a Substack. Cheers!
