What Happened in the Clinical Trials With Pregnant Women?

So the UK stopped recommending the Covid shots for pregnant women. Now they tell us, after mandating them for pregnant women to travel or work in certain industries or eat lunch inside in certain cities. There’s an absence of data during pregnancy, apparently.
I’ve long believed that they had the studies and knew that the jabs were bad. They then did everything in their power to hide this.
In a sane world you would enroll pregnant women in a clinical trial and follow their results alongside a control group who receives a saline injection. You would follow up on these women during their pregnancies and after the (hopefully) birth of their babies. Then you would then report on the results.
If a safety signal is detected, like that a lot of babies are stillborn in the vaccinated group, you would report that too. And then you would not give the jab to pregnant women. That’s called a stopping condition.
A question I have is is it illegal to not report the results if they’re damning? If you have some new drug that kills people in a trial, say, don’t you have a scientific obligation to report that and stop the trial? They were actively enrolling pregnant women last year. I found this link to a Pfizer Biontech trial which finished on June 15, 2022. Where are the results?
This Fox News article explains that Ventavia is actively enrolling women who are in their second and third trimesters of pregnancy in Covid jab trials. They were seeking 4000 women, who also could not have had Covid-19. I clicked on the link, which gave me a 404 error. Why bother with human trials when they can just troll you with immunobridging results from eight lab mice? Really that is all that the new bivalent booster shot for the Omicron variant is based on. The antibody results from 8 mice. The lab rats were almost certainly killed for dissection before they could die suddenly from a clot or something.
Look at the date on that article. They were conducting and enrolling pregnant women in those “vaccine” trials in March of 2021, eighteen months ago. Somewhat obviously they should have some data by now. In a sane world those babies born to those women should be followed for at least one year or two. The women who received it should be followed up for a long time too perhaps to assess effects on future fertility.
What did happen to those 238 women who accidentally got pregnant during the original Pfizer trial whose outcome was still pending in February of 2021? There have been a few cohort phone studies of pregnant women, which I think is a poor study design due to self selection and reporting biases. Other than that it’s been crickets. I can only assume the data is bad with pregnant women, but how bad?
So let me see if I got this right about trial design. If your drug or investigational therapy is killing people, you throw that data out. Then you design a new study intentionally made to hide this safety signal. Then you mandate it for a larger population based on no data or bad data. Then you use the population forced to take your drugs to say that the product is safe and effective, even as deaths are way up from all types of causes. This is hiding the bodies.
At what point does it start sounding criminal? Does there ever come a point where we stoptheshots and go long lamp posts?

I remember McCullough saying that you never approve a vaccine for pregnant women until it has already been approved for the general population and has been used for several years.
There is no solution within the current political framework., whose utter corruption is a reflection of our society.
Basically, if there is no legal recourse against the pharmaceutical companies, the governments which forced their products on people, and the media companies, including social media, who censored and or defamed anyone speaking out against the whole vaxxination campaign, then the law needs to be changed. Dramatically! The only way to accomplish that is replacing the current law makers with different ones, and the only way to do that is to replace the government with a completely different one. A tall order, but if you want to fix a problem, you have to acknowledge the nature of the problem.
