Those are some very comprehensive datasets and they correspond to my on the ground observations in Thailand: a lot of early pregnant women were seeking abortions due to the uncertainty around lockdown, but by late 2020 there was optimism that things were going to blow over and I think some couples were trying for baby. I'm not sure if the US tracks a neonatal death rate in the first four weeks there's tax incentives for having a baby born alive for even 15 minutes that may push the number of "live births" higher. The jab issue gets confounded because many pregnant women didn't trust it, even in otherwise highly vaxxed populations, and some places were less/more aggressive to rollout to this population. It's a space to be watching for sure!
