The maga folk mostly got the Trump jab sadly. It is the very highly educated & intelligent, the uneducated who know enough to never trust the govt, and health care workers who are seeing the vaccine injuries that are refusing.

The midwits are most of america, and they are getting the jab.

As they figure out they have been had, they want to make sure everyone else is forced to take the poison.

I tend to agree with you I'm just throwing in some of the more shrill pro vax positions I've heard bandied about in a tongue in cheek way. Statistically blacks in America are the lowest jab uptake racial demographic, with Asians the highest. MAGA folks and Republicans tend to have lower uptake than Democrats, but let's not forget that Operation Warp Speed pushes the jabs too. I think the choice to get it is influenced by many personal experiences and general levels of trust or distrust in the system...

Hello Amy: Aaron Siri wrote an article about this legal problem, here:

https://aaronsiri.substack.com/p/covid-19-vaccine-manufacturers-can

He says that the general public can't sue the pharma companies even for criminal negligence or willful misconduct. Under the PREP act, at 42 U.S. Code § 247d–6d(c)(5), only the Secretary of the HHS or the US Attorney General can bring an action against one of these companies for said willful misconduct.

If you ask me, this makes the whole PREP act completely unconstitutional. At a minimum, it violates the 7th amendment right to a jury trial in a suit at common law against a private corporation. I think there's also a 4th amendment right to security in one's person, which is violated by mandated injections of unsafe products. And, a 14th amendment violation of the equal protection clause, since the corporations are granted special (non-equal) rights.

And furthermore, if the Secretary of the HHS and/or the Attorney General fail to bring suit as required by the PREP act upon notice of malfeasance by the pharma companies and the letter agencies, then I say there ought to be direct personal liability for those office holders as individuals.

Now if we can just find a good lawyer!! Maybe we could ask Ryan Heath at the Gavel Project? I've been asking Aaron Siri about this in his comment section, but he never answers.

The govt cannot make a contract that violates the constitution. That part of it would be invalid.

Can the govt contract away your right to sue for liability?

Thank you so much for that article! I've read some of Aaron Siri before but I missed this one. I knew it was a high bar to prove corporate malfeasance but I didn't think it could go that high. I'm thinking I should call my Uncle (he is a lawyer, thinks outside of the box and has a few client vaccine mandates he was fighting). Maybe he has an idea on this...

Hi Amy, once again a very good article. And just like the previous one I'd like to share it with all the like-minded regulars on the Controversial Covid Corner thread I launched on the ThaigerTalk Forum. I haven't done so yet, as I think it is more appropriate that you share it there yourself. But that would require you registering on the Forum > if you do not intend to do so (it will get you in contact with a small but growing group of like-minded regulars), let me know and I will post the links to your posts myself. As mentioned earlier > you can reach me on peterdldenis@gmail.com

Thanks - Peter BlueSphinx

Thanks Peter. I was registered for theThaigerTalk forum many months ago but it fell into a black hole where I forgot my password. I never posted a thing on there though I did actually write one article for theThaiger as a guest blogger (Mommy There's a Snake!) many moons ago. Let me try to get back on there...

Hi Amy, once you registered again (takes only 1 minute) do send me a PM (my username is BlueSphinx). Alternatively, if you remember your old username let me know and I will contact the Moderators (which are a friendly bunch at the TT-Forum) so that they can look up the password you used. Once you got that password you can log-in again with your old username and of course then change the password. Cheers - peterdldenis@gmail.com

Theory 5: Mfg Variability

Scaling up a new process from trial lab lots to billions of doses, there is no way they would have good consistency. With the intense pressure on shipping it out, would they have slid some past dubious QA ? Do they know how much mRNA produces how much spike ?

What if some lots had way more mRNA, so you'd get much more ending up in vital organs, etc.
