A few weeks ago Mr. BlueSphynx proposed that I should write an article regarding potential mRNA vaccine shedding. I liked the idea but I wanted to wait on it as I had a big exposure situation of my own coming up. As a lot of my regular readers know, I recently came back to the United States from Thailand, which marked the first significant travel either me or my daughter had embarked on in over two years.
What is less known is that in times before Covid such travel was fairly normal for me. Because it was not uncommon, I have a pretty good idea of how my body reacts to the time change between the US and Thailand and other aspects of flights and the like. Usually I rebound quickly, normalizing to the new time zone within about a week or so.
This time I seem to be having a real problem with fatigue. I’m noticing it with my nine year old girl too. I have averaged about 6-7 hours of sleep per night for the last several years, while my girl is about 8-9 hours. Since I’ve been back both me and my girl have been sleeping 9 to 12 hours every day. My daughter is having these mega sleep episodes where she will go to bed at say midnight local time and not wake up until noon. I’m more sporadic, as it is currently a little past 3 AM local time in Las Vegas and I can’t sleep. But I was exhausted after making dinner (baked salmon with rosemary and lemon slices, plus potatoes and garlic bread, plus a Spanish rice stir fry for my older daughter who is vegetarian). I went to sleep a little before 8 PM and woke up past 1 AM.
If it is like past nights here I’ll wind down again at about 4 or 5 AM, sleep another four hours, then take a power nap of 1 to 2 hours in the afternoon. I was commonly waking up around the witching hour of 3 AM when I stayed in Thailand also, so for some reason this period of the night seems to have a spiritual resonance to me right now. The difference was those were much shorter periods of being a night owl and I was getting the same 6-7 hours of total sleep that I usually get. I didn’t feel fatigued all day and virtually never napped during daytime hours.
I have no other symptoms of a problem, but I think that extreme tiredness is a sign that your body is fighting off something else. So could it be possible mRNA vaccine shedding?
Part of my reason for being careful about this subject matter is that it can encourage a type of doomsday thinking that is ultimately unproductive. I liken it to secondhand smoking. Can some poor nonsmoking wife get lung cancer from being exposed to her husband’s puff habit every day? Absolutely. Does that mean she should take up smoking and put that crap directly in her lungs? I’m going to say that the latter is much more dangerous statistically speaking. Such is the world we live in.
The Vigilant Fox had a recent writeup regarding this. Since I have been back in Las Vegas I have hugged five different people that I know to be mRNA jabbed. In Thailand I was around more Sinovac jabbed people and I also do not commonly make physical contact of any type with members of the opposite sex, which my husband’s friends were. Sister Pla was always on my case about facemasks so I haven’t had much close physical contact with anyone other than my husband and daughter in Thailand. I’m not planning any mattress mambas here in Vegas.
Can mRNA be spread just through skin contact, or perhaps even aerosols? Brian Wilkins at the Covid Blog seemed to think so. His post reminds me of my Covid experience in July 2022, where I was playing tag on Nai Yang beach with my daughter and an American girl. The jab status of the girl was and is totally unknown to me, so I cannot say for sure. But that headache was my first sign and this sounds near identical. I’m also similar to Wilkins in my drug usage or almost total lack thereof:
Spike protein exposure hits home?
My potentially life-threatening experience began around May 7. I woke up that morning with a headache like nothing I’d ever experienced. When I say headache, I mean debilitating, throbbing headache. In fact I cannot remember the last time I had a headache at all prior to this. Keep in mind, I have not stepped foot in a doctor’s office since around 2007, as I simply do not trust them. Headaches happen to everyone. At least that is what I hear from friends and acquaintances. So I figured it would just go away with time.
After three days, I broke down and took a few Tylenol (I also hadn’t taken chemical/prescription drugs of any kind since probably 2008). But the headaches persisted and these twitchy feelings kept happening in the same front-right part of my head. I was sleeping for 14-15 hours per day for over a week. Something was wrong, very wrong.
Accepting reality
I keep myself in good shape. I am (was) a certified personal trainer. I’m muscular, but a tad overweight at this moment (yes, 5’9, 175 is considered five pounds “overweight” for a man). The reason I’m sharing this is because most good doctors believe that the best defense against all this craziness is keeping your body, mind and immune system in top shape. And that’s how I’ve stayed out of doctor’s offices for more than a decade.
Further, I’ve been writing about all these people who developed blood clots and died after the experimental mRNA or viral vector shots. Their symptoms were very similar to mine. But I’ve heard just as many anecdotal stories of people coming down with these symptoms after being in close proximity to vaxxed people. Now all that was on my mind is my own potential exposure to spike proteins via shedding.
I started assessing what may be causing these headaches and fatigue, and where the exposure happened. Five different airplane trips the prior two weeks came to mind. Everyone was packed in like sardines. Two major events I attended during that time had thousands of people at them. My feeling was that some vaxxed person/people transmitted their spike proteins to me and my days were numbered due to blood clots in my brain.
I got so worried on the fifth consecutive day of debilitating headaches and fatigue that I actually called an urgent care facility. Since I don’t carry medical insurance, I asked if I could pay cash. Not kidding – the person on the phone said, “sure come on in. We can get you whatever shots you need.” I said NOTHING about shots or vaccines. He just said that after I told him my symptoms. I was, as always, on my own.
I find Wilkins take a bit extreme, but he went through what he went through. I believe that there are forces of healing and forces of destruction that play in tandem in the world. It is like a nuclear arms race happening quietly. They try to kill you and your body rebounds and fights. What worries me more deeply is the breaking of long term demographic chains in so many countries around the world. It is like nothing we have seen before.
An unjected friend of mine recently travelled internationally for work and was surrounded by mRNA injected people. He too had pounding headaches on and off for about 5 weeks. Now it has cleared. After I had Covid/flu in August, a few weeks later I had headaches and nausea that lasted a month. I associated it with having shared a vaping pen with an mRNA injected friend who also seemed sick at the time and maybe shedded.

I returned from a trip to France last month.
Had the worst case of fatigue I ever had in my life. It was more than just jet lag. Felt like I was hit by a bus. Not only fatigue, but some sort of brain fog also.
Totally believe in shedding.
