It relieved stomach symptoms in both of us, and especially fixed my wife's bloating. So we ordered more of it here from a Hong Kong company based in Chiang Mai that imported it from India.
We immediately noticed it didn't do anything - before the pleasant effects happened within hours. But we kept taking it and after about a couple of months felt worse, as if we'd been poisoned. We both quit, and things just aren't back to normal.
Or maybe it's all the stress. I don't know. We also had a rough case of what was presumably Covid in March of 2020, so maybe it does have long term impacts.
It's sad when we can't trust the quality of alternative products, but also true. Some yeaars ago I was worried about negative effects from what I believed were my first husband Oh's vaccine injuries. I ordered some things online for it, including zeolite. He took it a few times and it seemed to make him sicker. A little later the Health Ranger put out a warning that even though zeolite is a good detox chelation product some batches from China were so poisoned with heavy metals as to do more harm than good. I think the whole system needs to be built from the ground up on mutual trust...it's a difficult job!
I take a blood pressure medication that is sent to me from the VA. Oftentimes, the original label is still on the bottle. Once it read Israel. Another time India. And more often than not, the Rx is manufactured in China.
In March 2023 I wrote to Senator Casey (PA) asking why my medication from the VA is made in China. I received a canned reply from Senator Casey's office that they would look into it. It has been 2 months and I have not received any further information.

It's such a complex subject. And as always - we don't know what we don't know. That said, we can try to be as discerning as possible with food, go local, stay away from crap food, all that.

My initial reaction to the covid crisis was to lose weight and get stronger. I am unjabbed and generally pretty healthy except that I have an autoimmune disorder that is mostly controlled by avoiding gluten.
I started lifting weights, eating more protein and doing intermittent fasting and it has work very well to improve my body composition.
The emotional stress and anxiety has taken a toll however and last summer I started drinking a bit too many gin and tonics on a regular basis and gained some weight back.
I’ve since cut back on the booze and am doing more gardening which is relaxing. I make a point to spend time barefoot on the ground everyday, it’s called grounding and I do feel a difference in my energy.
I also have been meditating almost daily to release stress. Buddhist philosophy, in particular Thich Naht Hahn’s books have been very helpful for keeping me on a more even keel.
My biggest worry is that me older kid who I would not allow to be injected, who will be 18 soon will be pressured at some point to get the shots and will get them. It keeps me up at night. My spouse got the shots and thinks I am crazy.
The best thing I do for my heath on a regular basis is to practice being in the present moment. The past infuriates me, the future now terrifies me, in the present moment I am ok, I can be at peace.
I also try to take complete breaks from any media including Substack, the internet, tv shows, so that my mind can just rest and not be so stimulated.
Listening to good music and making art is important to me to feel alive and fulfilled so I do that as much as I can too.
Being happy, healthy and fulfilled is a sweet form of rebellion.

General answer/ thoughts to ponder : How much time and effort have y'all put into making yourself the best you can be ? In other words : what are your top priorities in life ? in your day to day allotment of time ? For me ...... its Health , and Freedom . Pretty much far beyond any other "goals" I might have . Most importantly , I take pleasure in trying to achieve them. If someone wants to be physically healthy/fit , but does not enjoy the effort it takes..... the results are sure to be disappointing.
Just like anything in life, the sooner one starts to work on something the better the results will be . There is a lot of trial and error , which mixed with an individuals capability to wake up their critical thinking cells , can vastly improve health . BUT... its walk the walk . Not talk the talk . The human capacity for "excuses" appears to exceed the desire to try, to learn, to fight through and not give up..
It is very important to use the "health plans and fads" as information to consider. No one plan fits all, and tbh most people really just don't want to put in the work . So many bricklayers that talk like they are architects ! Start simple . Give up a few hours of your computer time to walk . Or swim. Work your muscles. Get outside. Look at the trees. Move out of the city. Eat local food. Live simply . Think freely , without attachments . Find some 70 year old guys who looks healthy and fit and ask them ..... what path did you take ? Listening and observing others is a great way to find information that is free / unlimited and uncensored ......... as opposed to the search sites now controlled by one narrative. The suggestions I make above can be countered by someone professing that some tree bark from Brazil will cure what ails , or explaining that they can't do exercise or do this or do that because they have some knee problem or ibs or whatever . Yes, there will always be some challenges , and only the individual can overcome them . With work and determination , or with excuses .
My top priorities are for my family to all be living in the same place. On a very deep level I feel my purpose in life is to share a message of spirtual awakening. I take walks and time off all media now I take out the battery in my phone every night as I seem to sleep better that way. I don't even mind not having electricty per say but it does extend the time it takes to get things done.

Being a professional quitter of smoking and then falling back into that bad habit many times it is about building new patterns moment by moment until the new pattern sticks and then you don't think about it. But there is no magic pill for it!
There is a feedback loop even on the spiritual side. Perhaps you could eat a whole chocolate cake very day, or smoke two packs of cigarretes, or drink two pints of whiskey. But do you really believe you could do that and suffer no repercussions? Or does there need to be some element of sacrifice for you to believe it to be?

Just look at those over the counter eye drops that were made in India and caused death, blindness, and some people to have their eye removed.

Unvaxxed. Did get sick March 2020. Got sick in January 21 then May 21 3rd time from shedding.
Although I never took a bs test. Never went to md. Do take medical patients to appointments. Most are vaxxed. I take periodic ivermectin.
Now swimming walking everyday. Health is great. I think a lot of people were put under tremendous stress to make choices about shot
