My ex took the picture think I put my black sweater in the car while I did warmup stretches. LA marathon ended on the Santa Monica Pier close to where we lived. Plus five hours later for me 🤣
I don't recall being that worried. Worst thing that I figured is I'd limp over the finish line like I did in Malibu. I'd be worried if I was jabbed now though. My knees were starting to bother me a lot towards the end of training. I never got back into it. Maybe in an alternative world I'll get that third and final one in the fours this time for my bucket list. 😉
That's what I thought at first as well. But maybe she was cold. I read that the LA Marathon in 2016 was held early on Feb 14 so could have been colder that year.
I was ALWAYS cold in LA and I lived in that long black sweater. It wasn't 2016 though I go way back it was the 25th running in 2010. It was also like 5 AM hence it still being dark at Dodgers Stadium
