However I have a question for you Amy. Not sure you will know the answer but you seem to understand the US “Legal” Immigration System quite well.
Ever since 2021 the Southern Border has been a Chinese fire drill of sorts. At least that’s how it plays out in my mind. This is no longer your ordinary immigration op where a couple hundred thousand migrants slip through over a year’s time.
I have heard from several people who have been down there to film the mad rush that the covid vax’s are nearly nonexistent. This seems crazy to me knowing the type of people/NGO’s pushing this mass migration. The leftists do love them some covid vaccines. At least they most certainly did in 2021 when it all kicked off.
Have you heard anything about people coming through on migration caravans being forced to get it? It would have to be the easiest sell in the world. “You take vax or you go home.”
Am merely curious because if the answer is a resounding NO I believe it tells a story. A very ominous one at that.
I have wondered about exactly what you are asking me about, but I have no direct anecdoates one way or another. Most migrants will be detained for processing after the border so it is quite possible that they are basically forced to get it during detention at some point in this journey. I cannot verify but I did consider that regarding my husband crossing illegally. Once you're in detention all bets are off.
I find the story of the American citizen journalist who crossed the border into Texas illegally for documentation puposes fascinjated. He was detained and charged with a felony unlawful entry. They can enforce laws if they want to...
Interesting, there’s been citizen journos down there since the start. I was able to ask a prominent one named Michael Yon once. He saw through the concern in my question and why it was important.
He did take the time to ask around and got back to me in a couple of days. He said that for everything he could gather the answer was pretty much NO but they might be voluntary.
I appreciate him taking the time to answer but I am not satisfied with it. The question is just too goddamn important IMO. Please understand this has nothing to do with hurting migrants but there should have been covid vax/Pfizer flags across the detention centers in 2021. That’s how insane the people driving the project were at the time.
To let them (migrants) thru with no vax 21-22 is unthinkable to me. I think you know where I am going with this.

I cannot tell you the number of times I heard my radiologist colleague say that the opacities on a chest film were nothing to worry about, possible old sites of infection, handled by the body.
