First of all, to those wonderful people who supported me after my last post, I must say THANK YOU. On Wednesday morning when my substack post went out we were out of money and almost completely out of food. I was trying to figure out how to transfer money from my mother’s bank account to mine on a Bank of America phone app which I had been unable to sign into.
So ko-fi donations went directly to A: Food (rice, bread, eggs, fermented sour fish, vegetables, garlic, noodles, jok porridge cups for later, cooking oil, one 7 Eleven hamburger, one stir fry and yes we bought two Chang beers) then B: Towards renting a motorbike so we could drive places that are otherwise a 5-10 mile walk each way to figure out the computer situation to then C: I was able to figure out a way to get my laptop working again, which involved buying a second keyboard as the first one went out one day later. It isn’t much, but I can type:
The laptop repair and resale shop in Muang Mai which I have frequented for years was finally open this time (Fourth time is the charm, I guess). He tested the second hand laptop I had shipped from Lazada and confirmed that it absolutely is a useless piece of junk with a fried motherboard. It was only $50 or so but still: the description claimed it was second hand but working. He also tested the wireless keyboard which I had just bought brand new which worked for one day and now also did not work. But he was able to get the USB port on my old laptop working again and pointed me in the right direction for a keyboard that does work. Nobody is taking back anything which I bought before: they simply do not understand English (or Thai) now. Lazada’s customer service says I have exceeded my time talking to live agents, whatever that means.
I was also able to buy more phone credit so I could talk to my daughters. Thank you all for the suggestions regarding my daughter’s vision disturbances. In cases where the cause of the Drusen is idiopathic (unknown) there is no official treatment plan, just monitoring. This is probably a blessing.
I was worried about the whole vaccine thing coming up with my daughter in the hospital ER. My older daughter assured me that after one quick question from a nurse about whether Eliza was fully immunized that the subject was quickly dropped.
“Mom is like a super antivaxxer.” Jasmine said she told her.
I sighed. “At this point Jasmine I’ve moved from thinking some were better than others or that in certain situations some were necessary to basically being against all of them all of the time.” It’s been a straight line in that direction ever since I began this substack in 2021. Personal situations forced me to do my own research on both rabies and BCG jabs for tuberculosis, for instance. Now it all looks like mass poisoning founded on deception to me.
I did ask if Eliza was sedated and unwatched for any procedures. Apparently she was for the spinal tap. Still it seems like an odd time for doctors to jab some unknown, unrelated to the condition, random thing, especially as there should have been no consent for biologics (only diagnostics). Which jab or jabs would those potentially even be? Beyond that though of course from a billings perspective they’d only do that to get paid, so my presumption is it would exist somewhere on a line item. Even I’m starting to think of lawyering up on multiple fronts, though my daughter’s ER visit is not one of them.
It’s sad that I have so little trust of doctors that I have to even ask these questions or speculate about such things. But if the Pandemic taught many of us one thing, it’s that those so called healers are just following orders. These directives are often given by people above them in the billing department or HSAs or perhaps human resources (whose unofficial motto is we find ways to extract the most work for the least pay on behalf of our overlords). How destitute and sad of a life that sounds like.
So what is good for healing? I exercise caution around any drug or industrial strength chemical:
Of course with no reason or treatment plan for my daughter’s vision disturbances and headaches I’m on my own on suggestions. These are all easy switches, like turning off the phone at night and at a bare minimum keeping Eliza from falling asleep with it right next to her head (yes I have seen that happen). They often drink tap water which beyond containing flouride contains other industrial chemicals to sterilize it. I suggested they switch to mineral or spring water whose silicate can slowly drain out aluminum in the brain. Castor oil for massages around the temple for headaches probably won’t hurt. That’s it so far.
I’m slow to jump on the supplement bandwagon until I see the results of very noninvasive go outside and play type of approaches. Summer is rapidly approaching in the Northern hemisphere and simple things like sunlight may do wonders. Not every ailment is progressive on a march towards death without some medical intervention, despite what the tell lie vision might have programmed us to believe.
Teach children how to think, not what to think. As it regards vaccines specifically try to arm them with their own history. They probably don’t remember what happened to them when they were 0, or 2, or 5, even though those are their medical records. If you allowed vaccines to be given to them, why or why not? Which ones were given and what was their reaction to them? Were some not given while others were and why? Have you changed your mind about this subject matter since then?
Don’t just tell them about some popular podcaster who said whatever, or link them to that person as some sort of authority. I can’t even get my kids to read my writing specifically about them. Perhaps Jasmine will crack open Travels With Nemo when she is 24, or 45, or 68. God only knows how long each of us has.
This Twitter thread interested me regarding a woman who they claim is aging backwards. “This 56 year old woman has the biological body of a 36 year old!”
After seeing the picture and watching the videos of the woman, I wasn’t terribly impressed. She looked good, sure, but the videos were too clipped and she looked like she might have had a bit of work done. If I’d seen her in real life and she’d asked me how old I thought she was, I’d have probably said 40, and on learning her age of 56 would have said “Wow. You look good for your age.”
That’s it. There was nothing stellar or otherworldly about it. The thread on all of her beauty secrets seemed like peak left brain thinking. Sure she has a careful dietary regimine but sometimes she splurges on donuts! (bleeack!). Okay it involves 100 grams of protein (who measures this crap?) and 500 grams or so of vegetables (again who measures?) and a careful routine of only working out on days that end in Y minus 1, plus meditation and prayers before bed (in what religious or spiritual ethos does she belong?) and she sleeps in and doesn’t even set an alarm clock on weekends! (I have not had an alarm clock in over 20 years).
Nowhere did this thread mention if she was married, or single, or had any children. What was her dating and sex life like? There was nothing about whether she went out with friends or what she talked about when she did. There was no underlying philosophy about the progress of time, the inevitability of death, or what guided her in times of setbacks. It was like the joie de vivre had been stripped out.
Meanwhile here’s a picture of the supplements she takes every day to stay young and vital. That’s a lot of pills. It seems like they are selling people on some things:
I contrasted that with people I know or have met in real life who I think look very good for their age. I have some high school classmates (all of whom are in their mid forties) who look in their sixties, while others still look in their twenties. Meanwhile I have to admit that my ex Joe and his entire family seem to be aging well. Is it all genetic then?
Not at all. In one extreme example a large Catholic family I went to high school with posted a picture of all 11 siblings together at a funeral. Most looked in their forties and fifties except the one girl who was in my high school class who stood out as looking much younger than the rest. There had been a scandal as she had become pregnant as a teenager. She ended up keeping the baby, marrying the guy and went on to have five more children with him. Yet this mother of six has a 24 inch waist. Even odder is that she has a fraternal twin brother who I also remembered who obviously then has the same birthday as her who looked decades older.
I’d say the most extreme example of someone I have met who looks good for her age is this woman. These pictures were all posted in 2025 and are implied as recent, though she often posts older pics as well:
Now I’ve been following her on Facebook for 15 years or so and as she is a model she has a gallery of thousands of pictures. Here’s her at a Malibu beach from a February post where her husband was wishing her a happy birthday. Do you want to guess her age?
Many with her husband are clearly recent and up to date as they place her at political events including Bernie Sanders and AOC rallies. Her politics are far left and although I do not know if her or her husband actually took the Covid jabs, she did imply that getting vaccinated was the compassionate thing to do for others. I met her at a few events when I was in the Self Realization Fellowship choir in Pacific Palisades, as her husband, Alan Paul of Manhattan Transfer fame, was the director. She struck me as quiet and low key in real life but clearly the camera loves her. Here’s a picture from April with her husband, wishing them both a happy 44th wedding anniversary:
She turned 70 in February. Whose beauty secrets do you think I’d want here?
I suppose to wrap up this very long meandering post, there are clearly psychological components of being loved and having higher meaning and purpose that affect both overall health and longevity. This consciousness suppression operates on both the left and the right side of the paradigm to keep us isolated, atomized and placing the power outside of ourselves through either saviors or villains. To me it’s beginning to look like pro wrestling and is too scripted to even follow politics.
Energy, resonance and frequency are a part of the healing process. This was at 963 Hz, the so called God frequency of higher consciousness and miracles. The performance is divine:
There’s some interesting things with cymatic plates and the various solfeggio frequencies:
Perhaps we have always had the ability to heal ourselves, if we just believe it so. All of this has me wondering how old I really look. These pictures were taken yesterday. No makeup or filters or whatever:
I think I look better smiling. I am not selling anything, which should be obvious from my description above. Nor am I aligned with any team except perhaps one that promotes human flourishing. I think we all must find those paths that intuitively align with our higher selves.
But thank you all for reminding me that people are good and that my work does matter. The last few years have been hard. The last few weeks have been exceptionally trying.
I have so many memes I’ve downloaded I think I might do a bonus post later today. I don’t know what the greatest lie ever told is, but there are so many circulating in the past few years. I see a light in a post truth world, however. Each and every one of us would have to think for ourselves based on our own lived experiences.
No more Team Red or Team Blue or labelling of all people who are (black, white, antivaxxer, pro choice, ze/zir, rich, poor) as good, bad or otherwise. We’re all just people trying to navigate the corrupt dystopia in our own way. Their system wants us sick, isolated, poor, fighting, desperate, distracted and hungry. We must transcend that.
I believe we were all chosen by God to be in this moment. God Bless you all…
Perhaps there is a spiritual component to that gentleman too. I also take an interest in those who seem to de age perhaps then resonating on a higher frequency through some personal change and on the other extreme those who age very fast over a few stressful years. I don't think any amount of external fixes will change if internal fixes have become too thoroughly corrupted. But don't we all love the before and after quick fixes?

Health, research taught me, WFPB is a good start. Check out Barbara O'Neil.
She covers many areas. Diet, sleep, exercise, healing among other important factors in feeling well.
It's not all genes.
I read and researched much of Dr. Greger, Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, Dr. McDougall along with the author of the Cheesetrap, Dr. Neal Barnard.
Take what works for you. Listen to your body FFS. Pay attention.
Prayer / Meditation is also beneficial. B. O'Neil has a great overall perspective on the whole as she reveals in her teachings.
Dr. Greger, who I quit following over his stance on vaxes has much info and studies at his site. He also taught me about changing what nature/God already has for you.
One simple study.
What happens when you drink a glass of orange juice ?
You get an unhealthy spike in your glucose.
https://nutritionfacts.org/video/reducing-muscle-fatigue-with-citrus/
Why? I recall a few factors, you're changing the complexity of the natural product and condensing it down. If you eat an orange you have a healthy reaction.
Extrapolate the results to supplements. Same results, more harm than benefit, IMO.
It's why processed foods are killers, they also rot your teeth.
Did you hear that. They rot your teeth FFS. If they are that bad as soon as you consume them think about the rest of your system.
Oh and stay away from Allopathic medicine. They're the modern day killing fields.
As far as looking younger? Not sure. But I am sure about people I know that have taken responsibility for their own health and do most of the things I've stressed here. They look fitter and yes younger and more often than not they have a glow about them. But mental well being takes a role in that as well IMO.
And yes, I'm giving medical advice.
TPTG can go fuck themselves.
They are the murderers.
