My headaches are mostly gone now, except I had a pretty bad one in the middle of the night maybe 4 days ago, at which point I noticed that I had accidentally left my phone on since Ka was watching something on it when I went to sleep. Usually I power it off before bed. I do think EMF is tied in and am planning to write about that soon...
I agree. I feel insurmountably worse after I leave the hospital (work). I am so thankful I don't have to spend a lot of time there. And people are expected to heal in these environments... all part of the plan... 😞.
Thinking the tariffs will be a good thing. Equal playing field. Time will tell. System needs tweaking.

LOL the black lab ad was pulled by me from twitterx. It reminded me of my black lab named Daisy, but it made me laugh. Thanks for the Simplicus article. I’m reading through it…
LOL I’m not going afterJeff Childers.I like him and read his articles regularly though it is hard not to notice the deafening silence regarding anything contrary to the Trump is all good narrative. I have likewise not jumped onboard the doom monger ship where I am now going to claim that these tariffs will lead to debilitating world ending economic collapse. Those are possibilities but I remain in wait and see mode…
Sweet. I would like to see Trump completely distance himself from big pharma and Israel but I am not holding my breath. Most of the other stuff he is doing I am on board with.
Have you noticed he is more coherent this time around.
I think the early returns are indicating the "black lab ad" is winning the memes this Saturday!
Have I spoken about the earthing mat here? I've done so elsewhere. Amy...a propos EMFs. Long story short. Got an earthing mat for bed. Had been on Desmodium herbal tincture 1 month for old foot injury flare-up. Literally couldn't walk on foot. Slept on stupid plastic mat for 3 nights. Couldn't take anymore. Slept for 3 nights without mat. Pain in plantar fascia returned literally killing me. Went back to mat forcing self to tolerate. Bingo. One month later with herbal treatment continued + mat = pain totally and completely gone after dealing with this pain for nearly two years (thinking "rest" would cure). Foot still tender but can walk with ease and no pain. Starting a little teeny exercise. Conclusion: somehow the earthing component allows (probably) foot to rest outside EMFs at night and aids herbal treatment to be more effective. Yeah. I think EMFs are causing pain and discomfort we feel in our bodies. The earthing mat counteracts the EMFs somehow.
Tariffs?
Having observed with a conspiratorial eye for many years events unfolding in the world, I think everything is BS. Just plain BS. Unless you're sitting in Maui when the scalar waves start the fire and winds or TN & NC when the hurricane hits, the same old story is always unraveling. The world or whomever just hypes everything. That's all. The tariffs will or will not cause turmoil and higher prices...and life goes on.
They'll never be able to pull another Covid Caper because we've all been through it. They're screwed. Next time, we'll all just say "f*ck you" and go grocery shopping. When other people are hyper-ventilating from news reports, we'll smack 'em in the face. No more Mr. Nice Guy. So, what can happen? Tank the stock market? Who cares? Things happen; mild repercussions occur; life goes on. They hype fear. That's their real game. They manufacture entire pandemics. Read Sasha's Substack "Due Diligence and Art" yesterday. There's no GOF. Never was. They can't do it. They've never produced a GOF virus.
Student loan debt will take up 80% of that $100K. That ship sailed 3 decades ago for those seeking higher education with everyone selling them out. What a racket.
My favorite head-scratcher from the CNBC monthly budget pie chart is “housecleaner $30”… what? $30! How? What?!? I have spent way too much time and mental energy trying to make that work. I have come up with a couple of scenarios.
1) Maybe the mythical wage-earner has their mom come clean, and just pays Mom’s gas? And Mom lives relatively close, and comes over maybe twice a month. Mom is not charging anything at all for the cleaning, merely accepting $30 once a month for the half tank (or less) of gas that it takes to get there.
2) Maybe the cleaner gets $300 (sounds about right for a once-a-month deep clean - but in those yesterday dollars maybe it was twice per month) but the wage-earner only pays 1/10 of that bill because they live with nine roommates?
3) It’s not a traditional “housecleaning” service at all, but a monthly scheduled phone call with a personal assistant at a call center (maybe in Mumbai or anywhere else where wages are low) where the personal assistant on the phone urges our young wage-earner to complete essential tasks. “Now, first I want you to strip the dirty sheets off your bed and start a load of laundry. Have you done that? Next you’re going to clean the toilet and mop your bathroom floor.”
Any other ideas? How else could “housecleaning” have cost $30?!
LOL yeah the $30 housecleaning and the $20 Internet were both ridiculous, though the Internet might be plausible if splitting/sharing across the household. That’s why I lumped together Internet/Phone as $100 per month though I’d say that’s on the low end if the guy is paying per month for his fancy new iPhone and whatnot.
Here and there we’ve hired housecleaners as Mom sometimes gets behind in Las Vegas. A few hundred dollars is the norm for just the most basic catch up service. What the hell is this guy doing? Hiring somebody for 15 minutes once per month?
Perhaps the “housecleaner” is just the guys Tinder hookup from the night before, whose $30 meal he paid for. Then he spun her a story about how he was a high earner who was interviewing for the role of girlfriend/possible future wife so the house better be spotless when he comes back from work!
That might work under the right circumstances, but I’d still put that line item under the Entertainment expenses category…
😂 out of touch idiots who have never lived on a budget or in "the real world". Who donates money to "charity" anymore really? We all know they're a scam!
Giving money to some certain charities (especially for certain causes that come to mind - Heart, Diabetes, Cancer, anyone?) is just paying for yourself to be lied to and propagandized with information that is likely wrong and will ultimately harm you. Better to just give your money directly to someone who can use it. Can’t blame anyone for steering clear of charities. But the idea of a 25-year-old giving $615/month to charity is definitely a good laugh!
4) Inspired by the olden-days job of “knocker-uppers” who would come tap on your window to wake you up so you wouldn’t be late for work, in the days before alarm clocks were common… CNBC’s “good with money” earner pays a neighbor $30 a month to shout “Hey! Clean your home!” whenever they walk past his door.

Copy-pasting this most upvoted comment from Off-guardian article because it sums things up well:
"Dame Keir can be seen as a ‘hard man’ in not bowing down to the Orange Man. “It’s for the children, didn’t you know?”, so the Dame earns some street cred from certain quarters of the British public and the OSA stays in place.
In response, Trump slaps the UK with some more tariffs for not yielding to the ‘rights of U.S Big Tech’. Perhaps, Britain reciprocates. Up go the cost of goods, effectively taxing the plebs further on both sides of Atlantic. As in the case of Canada, an outbreak of patriotism occurs, flag waving and nationalistic fervour.
Meanwhile, other so-called nation states join in, upping the ante with more tariffs, and in doing so throw more petrol onto the flames. More flag waving and nationalism. Ordinary people across the world pay more and more for goods until they cannot afford to buy certain items while food and basics sky rocket in price, helping fulfill the mantra of “You will own nothing….”.
Next, the recession/depression arrives and the patriotism has now been stoked to fever pitch. The peons, even the ‘awake’ ones, have long forgotten about the global lockstep of Covid-1984 and are sufficiently riled up – believing that sovereign nations exist – it is time to send them off to war.
After an ugly war, or maybe just to the brink of it, or even the manufactured, scripted illusion of a war, then the pre-planned solution of global governance will be given as the only solution to kinetic wars, trade wars, competition, differing regulations and national disagreements.
Finally, all will live in harmony in a digital panopticon of technocratic global control and regulations."
Spot on Comrade Nicholas, spot on. This whole thing looks like a bankers trick to lead up into WWIII and a further centralization of their globalist, top down control. This playbook has been unfurled so many times over especially the last century or so. I also do wonder about book of Revelation in the context of the 10 kingdoms. On all of these matters I hope I'm either wrong or that enough people transcend the illusion to stop it...

"Gary Breka is a human biologist and longevity expert who helps people improve their lives through changing their habits to become healthier and happier. Gary worked in the insurance industry as a mortality-modeling expert, predicting lifespans with astonishing precision. He hosts the Ultimate Human Podcast.
Breka covers many topics that range from preventing migraine headaches to stopping insomnia and anxiety. He says that most illness is caused by nutrient deficiencies. He claims that by changing certain habits, people can extend their lifespan by 7 years!
Breka’s recommendations to extend lifespans and dramatically improve health include being intentional about sleep, developing a whole foods diet close to its natural form, prioritizing protein, permanently removing seed oils from your diet, and quitting tap water for drinking water as it contains fluoride, chlorine, microplastics. He emphasized that having community and a purpose in life, as well as maintaining mobility, are essential for living a long, healthy life."
Highly recommend you read this Amy. There is a method to the madness. I thought he was trying to get us out of the global reserve currency. However I may have been wrong about that. Not sure how it will post up against the Triffin Dilemma.
It’s easy for people to blame Wall Street for selling out main st America. Simp explains the Triffin effect quite well in this piece. You learn that bashing Wall Street is not as simple as the people who do it proclaim.
Now can Trump turn it completely upside down and on its head? Hmmm that I can’t tell you 🤷♂️
The same can be said for you, Amy. As far as I’m concerned, your knowledge of economics, human nature, and government operations is four or twelve levels below mine when I see this claptrap. Amy! Amy! You are so funny!
ALL OF THEM!
* Single black female --> 1500 calls! LOL!

* And that monthly run chart - thanks for taking THAT one on! Ridiculous.
Great job!
$615 donations wtf ? What 25 year old what any year old would donate that much.
Math is not msnbc strong point I’m sure they will be history like NPR soon.

I think it was the black lab
I’ll take that big cat in the bath too!
