6-1 Shampoo, Failed Suicide, and the kid with the trumpet : ) Pray, Hope and Don't Worry validates what I just now read at Janice - Words Beyond Me: “I reject fear and choose peace.”
That reminds me of the pickup truck pulled over for a burned-out taillight. An older gentleman was behind the wheel, and the police officer noticed a big ol’ .45 semi-auto on the seat, an AR15 and a 12-gauge shotgun in the gun rack, and boxes of ammo on the floorboard. The officer is startled and says, “Holy cow, sir! What are you afraid of?” The old man says, “Nothin.” Like the Prince of Peace tells us, “The meek shall inherit the earth.” In context, meek doesn’t mean timid. The meek are prepared for conflict, but they never start it. They reject fear, they choose peace, they pray, hope, and don’t worry.
Where do I get me some of that 6 in 1 shampoo?
LOL the Amish probably make it out of lavender essential oil, borax, orange peels and apple cider vinegar or something like that. ;-)
Good point. My mum told me how they used to make soap when she was a child. The same soap was used for everything including washing your hair.
We use this. We use it for dishes, hands, shampoo, car wash, and I use it as a natural pesticide...https://www.drbronner.com/collections/soaps-and-sanitizers
When I was small, my Polish gramma would wash my hair with a bar of soap.
I once told her that she was supposed to use shampoo. She just said "Nah, soap is soap."
And she was right. Bar soap works fine on hair.

Peace must emanate from within...
Pretty hard to "choose peace" right now.
Why?
Yes, why?
Unless you live somewhere with silly gun regulations, like the rest of the world and a few locations in the US (NYC, CHICAGO, etc).
