Trump signed The Act into law which grants enormous powers of cooperation between the FDA and the DoD. Under Trump big pharma was given immunity from liability for the covid jabs. Trump declared covid a public health emergency. Trump signed the EUA into law. He authorized operation warp speed and bragged about it. He put big pharma swamp lord Alex Azar in charge of HHS. He put big pharma swamp lord Scot Gottlieb in charge of the FDA. He took the jabs and bragged about it. Then he whored for big pharma by telling everyone to take the jabs. All of that can't be an accident. He knew what he was doing.

FUCK…..Trump STFU. Saw your possibilities as to why he might of said that. Really makes NO sense. Bannon has anti covid vax people on his show fairly often I think. There’s no reason for him to just spew that out.

There’s a lot of us voting for Trump because he’s about as close to having a nuke as we will ever get. TPTB that hate my guts hate him even worse. Trump is like a middle finger to them all. Then he goes and does this 🤬😡😱🤷‍♂️

I hatefully abhor daylight savings crime. I grew up in Indiana, where for the first 16 years or so of my life we didn't have it. I was born in June, in *standard time*. Every year when it returns to normal I feel so relieved.

It seems that the push is to make DST permanent, because the United States is dumb as fuck -- the "Sunshine Protection Act"=proof. At the same time, it would be better than switching back and forth every year.

Amen Josh. The switching is the worst part, but I can't support permanent DST since the entire concept of "saving daylight" by clock fiddling is absurd on its face. I never change my clocks and they are all set to Standard Time. Once enough people stop recognizing DST at all, it might go away, like this:

Stopping the Madness of Daylight Stupid Time ...

You can sign the petition to abolish DST at www.standardtime.com

Best of luck, whatever time it is ;-) ~~ j ~~

The faction that creates distractions to cover their actions will never redact, that's a fact. As the Secular Heratic below notes, Wump ushered in the genocide as did 99% of the other world leaders. We can only underestimate the cluelessness, the tonedeafness, of those at the helm. 'Onward, there are no icebergs in the ocean this time of year, and my ship can withstand anything.'

Amy, my only explanation for Trump still supporting the vaccines is because either he does and things move on the way they have, or he doesn't and the people would force a demand that you give him back the Presidency (stolen) and they would have to kill him & the family (which they would). Even Russia/China isn't ready for a revolution they can't control.

Edwin, could be as you describe. The one that I gravitated to for normal things is Trump was programed, mentored by Roy Kohn: Never admit or acknowledge a mistake, double down on that you were right. That is Trump. He will never admit to being wrong about anything he said or did.

If that's true, do we go with him or not, Joe Biden is Xi's president, no other choices.

I was just pointing that one of Trump's major character flaws. "The respect for truth comes close to being the basis for all morality." Frank Herbert - Dune. In my opinion, Trump has no moral convictions and that is a major problem going forward if we are ever to have an accounting of everything to get at the truth, when the President displays such disregard for the truth. Biden and pretty much the swamp are all the same.

If Trump becomes the next President, there will be turmoil no matter what, but Trump is likely to do everything possible to keep the truth about his beautiful vaccines from attaining common knowledge.

I'll go even further, if Trump was faced with helping the 10's of thousands killed and injured from the jabs, by acknowledging their devastating effects on so many including children, he would do everything possible to deny the problem.

That is who Trump is; it is ingrained in him--never admit a mistake.

If Trump is really like that, and I doubt it but don't have any proof, if he can defend the vaccines despite his own crowd booing him, he's doomed anyway. However when actually attaining the Presidency, he then comes clean with the American people, despite whatever threat may be on him and his family's life, after all he didn't invent it, just 'warp speed,' I will be pleased.

I guess we'll jut have to see, Big Pharma has real power, real power. Maybe more power than the President has. Maybe a lot more.

I hardly see that as a reason to dismiss Trump over Joe Xiden.

On his worse day, Trump is still a leader and Xiden is a vegetable.

But we will see.

As a side note to this whole Trump conversation perhaps he is playing the 5D chess that his supporters so love to use to defend him when he makes a mistake. By being so boorishly narcissistic in pushing the jabs even when his own crowd booes at him over it, it might even allow Trump haters to reconcile with the common MAGA deplorables on this issue, regardless of who is (s) elected as President. It's worth a thought!

Nice mix of humor and heartbreak, Amy. So, if Trump bragged only about warp speeding, he might get credit for project-management skills, but making something disastrous happen faster is still a failure. I suspect he was just out of his league with the science like everybody that got jabbed. That doesn’t look much better, and he’s not capable of admitting he was wrong. If he was a politician, he’d pretend it never happened. Maybe he’s trying to appeal to die-hard covidians.

About war, I propose this Constitutional Amendment: “Every elected official who votes for war will personally lead troops into battle or send a son, daughter, or grandchild to the front lines.” I’d bet that would have prevented American involvement in every war that didn’t happen on US soil.
