I’ve noticed this story and variations on it making the rounds this morning. Are the corrupt chid raping genocidal warmongers finally going to see justice? I wouldn’t want to be any of them right now. We may be soon facing a Nicolae Ceausescu moment. My maternal grandfather was from Czechoslavakia so perhaps his interest in the Christmas Day execution of him and his wife on charges of genocide filtered through my young mind. Can you imagine the moment when everybody turned on the all powerful seeming, brutal iron fisted dictater?
They have not scheduled my husband’s medical check yet, so we are hanging out in Bangkok for the weekend. We’ll try not to have too much fun…
Better keep an eye on him. The Thai wife of an Army helicopter pilot I worked with once told the guests at a party that her husband was never going to Bangkok without her because they didn’t call it that for nothing. 😈 I blew whatever it was that I was drinking right out of my nose along with everyone in the room when she said that. Quite a character that former temple dancer was. Yes, indeed. Her husband never had a dull moment with her around. 😏
