Since I cover aviation and travel this whole fiasco reminds me of the Boeing 737 MAX groundings, which has some similarities especially with the industry-government relationship (FAA/Boeing, CDC/FDA/Pfizer) which rubber-stamped the plane knowing there were technical issues. It took two tragic - and likely preventable - crashes for the world to ground the jets. However, the rest of the world grounded their MAX jets, the US was resistant to do so until more countries did.
It seems like we are seeing the same thing play out, and likely it would take so much pressure from countries like Thailand and others around the world to cause an uproar before it would be too obvious for the US and the US MSM to care. Kinda sad it had to be this way.

Unfortunately it seems that in practice it is as good as impossible to meet the 3 conditions that need to be met to win such a case, and the consequences of losing it are devastating.
Still I do hope that the rightful anger of the Royal Family is such that they proceed, as the publicity of the case would destroy Pfizer's reputation (or whatever is left of it). Sending a Vigilante team recruited from the Thai underworld to take care of Bourla and his Pfizer execs would be another way for the Thais venting their anger, and it seems that that option is even being considered...

My lawyer uncle had an old quip about that from long before Covid, that say in third world countries if some corporation paid off some corrupt judges to compell known unsafe product onto the market, some villagers would get to talking and that judge would conveniently disappear. and the next one and the next one after. Curiously these binding arbitration agreements, based on Brazil which is the only publicly known example he could find, have a two year expiration. When would that two years be up? In Brazil's case the contract was signed on March 18, 2021. My birthday
This video sounds promising. I hope we see some news from within Thailand soon. I wonder how they'll handle it to avoid a mass revolt of fuming Thais. Suppress it until the bitter end then redirect anger towards Pfizer I imagine.
Thais are always bend never break types in general. My intense curiosity is regarding the gossip among Thais regarding the condition of the Princess. Has that simply fallen off the news? Do people expect her to recover? Is there talk that it could have been the jab that did this to her?
I met a (foreigner) friend yesterday, he works in an office in Bangkok with multiple boosted Thais - a good barometer of which way the wind is blowing in unreality. On the subject of the Princess' condition, he asked them what they had read and they told him it was a heart issue and then a bacterial infection. He asked them if they knew that the international press is reporting something different and did they know. They did not. They reacted with shock when he told them the international media were reporting the collapse caused by the Pfizer injection.

Now I hope Mr. Hamlin is alive and well, my point is rather that the condition of Ong Bha and how it is spun will become important in this. They might try to spin the time from the original collapse to an eventual sad announcement as long as possible. I'd find the discovery rather interesting if they did pursue a false claims suit...
