Of course it was all theater. Another thing to consider is when the glorious vaccines finally did arrive, they were not available to everyone. Only the most vulnerable (oxymoronically). You had to WAIT to get your jab. And that wait created excitement and only increased the "need" to get the jab right away. It was perfect theater with ups and downs, disappointments (I can't get one until next month) and glee (I got my jab!), and everyone working together to "keep us safe" or as one colleague told me "I took one for the team." What ever the fuck that means. Who's team?

I agree that COVID was released earlier than initially planned. In RFK's book "The Real Anthony Fauci", he mentioned that his uncle was advised by military leaders to plant bombs in the US and attack US ships, and blame Cuba, to start a war with Cuba. The CIA has its mitts all over COVID, and it would not surprise me that COVID was released by the CIA in Wuhan with a similar purpose in mind (and to get Trump out of office).
Eisenhower warned of the military/industrial complex in 1961. JFK opposed it, perhaps leading to his assassination, but the "pandemic response" that occurred with COVID certainly has its roots decades ago. Some mistakes have been made. Too many people are dying too quickly, public health institutions have lost all credibility, and the public no longer trusts companies like Pfizer. The end result, only 2% of the people initially vaccinated are receiving the "updated" booster.
As more of the public views the COVID shots appropriately as "kill shots", the federal and state governments, and media, are seen in their appropriate light, as co-conspirators who pushed falsified RCTs and fraud.
The question is how did these leaders know there would be a vaccine?
It's not as if there were successful coronavirus vaccines before. In fact, there were zero for humans even with research for both SARS-1 and MERS. There is not yet a vaccine for HIV even with decades of research.
There were many viruses that came and went before a vaccine could be put forth such as Zika. I recall hearing that companies wasted millions trying to come up with a vaccine and the problem just took care of itself.
How could these leaders know that a vaccine would come about in a timely enough fashion that it could be promoted as the "savior"? They also could not know there would be no treatments available though one could argue that any treatment would be suppressed.
Interesting too that part of the narrative is that you still need to take a new booster even though in their own narrative there are now two treatments available- Paxlovid and the Merck drug. Yet none of them ask why anyone should bother then with a booster?
