I'm about 200 miles from the nearest corner of Poland (so about next door in American units ;p) and I can assure you that this time of year in the Baltics is when cold rain gradually transforms itself into wet snow.

LOL! I am not surprised by that. I remember growing up in Ohio I experienced seasonal depression usually in December. I actually preferred the winter solstice as celebration over Christmas because at least the days were not getting any shorter afterwards!

I am being tongue in cheek. But I will be pressing from all angles. It's just what I do...

I attended Otterbein only for one year in 1997-1998. Some of my scholarships ran out and the price tag was too high to want to continue there so I then switched to BGSU where I finished my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and then went to graduate school. Alas I was a thesis short on the Master’s. The assistant dean wouldn’t let me complete because I had a baby

Hang in there. Administrative processing is a normal step for all visas. And now that shutdown has been averted until March 2025, work will continue as usual.
