does anybody else get the sense that this is a kind of cloward-piven strategy? i sympathize with anyone who was coerced into taking the deadly shot, and reparations are definitely needed, but that ought to come from dispossessing the oligarchs behind this holocaust, not small business owners like ellasue
Perhaps but I think it is too early to say. To me ellasue would not meet the standard for workplace coercion, but that is why I asked what the standard would be. The oligarchs are going to be hard to get at and some people certainly need help now. Could it ultimately be abused by employees who were neither coerced or even injured and end up turning into a grift? Perhaps but even on disability claims before I don't think that was as widespread as it was made out to be. A lot of people got trapped into a standard of care medical system that did not address their needs even before this....
yeah ellasue gets a pass. i think.. also wondering that this could be another scheme to benefit amazon and mickey d's at the expense of the compliant mom-n-pops. not that the compliant mom-n-pops should get a pass...and not that we should spare any expense to help the injured and maimed. tough one, huh?
When I was in the military, and being a real smart-ass, I would always say, "show me where it says that in writing."
I wonder if companies and organizations will try to weasel out of responsibility for the death shot because they directed their employees to get the covid death shot verbally, rather than putting it in writing with an actual person's name at the end of the directive.
That's where the level of force that was used becomes real interesting. They counted some low standard parameters like pressure from coworkers.. That said many companies made it very clear and I suspect there are some people who are accepting that their life might not return to old normal. I wonder if there's a way to file something against universities that mandated the jabs it wouldn't usually be under workers comp for students but perhaps lost future earnings or retaliatory discrimination...

Worker's Comp can then bill Big Pharma for total reimbursement for all disbursements to injured Claimants, Court costs, atty fees.
Sue Them until They are nothing left, but dried out husks.
Make Them PAY for what They have done to We the People.
Predatory capitalism must end.
