Heche seemed like an amazing survivor of sexual horrors. I had a friend years ago who was sexually abused by her mom's boyfriend for years. As an infant, she was brought into physical pain from the sexual intrusion, then "let go" before there were any signs of abuse. She developed seizures so severe that to this day she is totally disabled. Heche seemed to have dealt with her father's abuse in ways that were creative and nurturing (acting can do that I have heard.) Heche was one of 5 kids. Only one sister survives and that sister spent years as a prostitute (another way of dealing with childhood abuse.) I have little doubt that she was extinguished because of her intense desire to help others of sexual abuse. There are too many coincidences and too many strangers in black attire attending to her removal from the car and into the ambulance. Read "Weird Scenes inside the Canyon" by Dave McGowan who explains in detail all the death, gore, and murder surrounding the Laurel Canyon scene in the 1960s. Btw, Dave died rather quickly less than a year after the book's publication.

I didn't take the poll because there was no "All of the Above" option :-)

She died to expose the child trafficking stuff, they killed her like the Alex Baldwin killed Halyna Hutchins and for the same reasons. Hutchins and Hecht are heros, heroines, all good things, praise to the women who fight back.

Oh but that Hutchins story has been “fact-checked” and is false. 🙄 /sarc

When I do a search for something and end up with a string of “fact checkers”, I’m immediately suspicious of a coverup.

Thanks Aimee fe sure on that.- Since I don't do the social medias except for here, your comment makes me appreciate that I do not have to get such silly and false things pushed into mine eyeballs or further. Thanks for reminding me how dumb that stuff is! Some days, its rough! I got told by someone today that I am a coward because I don't use Twitter, (and never have). I think they really believe that fighting their suspension is worthwhile, I compare it to going back to an abusive friend. At some point, if they keep kicking you out, you probs shouldnt go back. I thought it was interesting they used that kind of bait, to call someone (and most of the world, by association) who does not use Twitter, a coward? Seemed odd and troll like behavior. And /or they cannot envision a life without social media in that form, and I cannot envision a life WITH it. Best part, they kicked me off their site, just like Twitter did to them!! Which had promped the discussion in the first place. Funny and sad. Its beyond hilarious to me that we become what we hate and to the degree we hate it. It all has a 'sucking sound' I can't unhear, even here. I have been using Brave and my searches (on computer) never say that, but maybe I do not search openly for the verboten words, as it were. Thanks again.

My older daughter does not use any social media and I applaud her for it. It has uses but connecting to a real human experience is seldom one of them. It seems to instead lead to mob mentality and snap judgements. LOL that reminded me: many months ago I had a comment that was extremely downvoted and criticized regarding how liberals were showing their racism by being so concerned about Ukrainians while systematically ignoring those brown skinned people we've been bombing the shit out of for a few decades. This was a conservative website and they started going down weird rabbit holes about illegal immigration over the Southern border and things unrelated. Finally one of these guys kinda implied that I was trying to Suky my way to Ahhhmerica, the promised land. All they knew about me was my name (Amy Sukwan) and that I was in Phuket, Thailand. I realized most of these guys had made snap judgements based on those two things. Sort of hilarious in retrospect and to anyone who knows a bit about me...

I can only nod in agreemeant and say, today a woman (publisher here) called me a coward because I do not use Twitter, and hope that folks do not go back after Twitter bans. Because they love that , I would think. Like a friend who disowns you, do you keep going back no matter what? or does that eventually, in some circumstances, create the monster who thinks no deeds will get them kicked out of the ...land of okness and acceptedness.....I thought that was esp. interesting, the choice of terms, and very playground. Especially since half or more of the world also does not use it or social networks in general. (or more than half, I am generalizing). Amy, you seem to be able to surf about and get insights from various platforms, and maybe your work takes you there as well, but do you see a word without social platforms like that, or see them reforming one way or t'other? (within or without) thanks j

One more thing: I don't recall anyone mentioning (and I didn't know until minutes ago) of the Tim Bergling video about child trafficking called "For a Better Day." He died at a young age, almost made it into the 27 club.

I want to share something that occurred to me early on in the Anne Heche "story." When her car struck the garage earlier on might that impact have been the controller trying to get the hang of what he was doing, just a little glitch on the way to the upcoming accident? Also, do we know (or how do we know) that Heche was ever in such and such a hospital?

Like you I question everything, including the questioners. But it's clear to me that you're the real deal.

Ahh Ohio. I did not know anybody directly who got into that group but there were others you'd hear about. There was rumor that a business down the street from us was used to perform satanic rituals. I never knew but I delivered a pizza there years after and the energy felt...very off. They had bulletproof glass and deadbolt security like you'd find at a bank. The place had a huge footprint in the back but I never knew what they were selling. They claimed to be some type of consulting service. I knew a guy in Detroit who had some front businesses with the Italian mafia and we definitely heard little birds telling us about celebrity sex parties when we lived in our Oceanfront penthouse in Venice. My feeling has long been that it is widespread and most people just don't want to think about it...

I could see her becoming brain dead from burns before smoke inhalation the way it went down. It's just some stuff I remember my firefighter grandpa saying. The smoke clears out of acute quicker with fresh oxygen. The burns are a real trauma
