I looked at the past years when I wasn't here. I think the funniest meme I've ever seen was the "Driving through a small town be like...." I laughed so hard.

I'm afraid that my Valentine's Day is like all others since I entered Old Age. Perhaps the Cat's Claw is upsetting my digestive tract with unexplainable problems today. Cat's Claw is supposed to rid oneself of the Nano Borg.
I just finished a bowl of steel-cut oats and knew I would feel better. I cooked the oats perfectly--not mushy but vibrant little nuggets tasting like nuts.
Had a flashback to college when we hippies congregated in the kitchen to cook porridge from steel oats, man. We were very high on weed--some Panama Red or Columbian Gold whatnot. Probably had a few good hits of Afghan hash, too. If we were lucky, a hit or two of Thai stick. An individual could tour the world by simply "doing" drugs in those halcyon days. Our cooking adventures were always marvelous forays into a nether world where miracles happened.
Your link into resonant healing has had me doing some very deep dives into Scalar waves. Thank you for your link. I just have to arrange my thoughts on this matter which is going to take some pondering to post.
In essence we would have the capacity to heal ourselves if we just believed it so, but we would need a prop with which to do so and manifest healing energy. No I don't think that is accurate for certain things as I believe that they require a vibrational dance beteen two souls. But I am still forming my thoughts regarding it.
