I agree with Jacquelyn's advice below. Especially about making your own HCQ at home. Don't worry about solid food if you have no appetite. But LOTS & LOTS of fluids are really important for both you & your daughter. Yes, take the Vit. C & Zinc & even Vit. D3 if your husband can get some for the two of you. Wishing you both a speedy recovery!

Hi Amy, sorry to hear that you and your daughter are sick! Steve Kirsch has a very lengthy write-up on all the stuff that he took when he got Covid 2 weeks ago. It's very comprehensive. I would recommend checking it out here: https://stevekirsch.substack.com/p/how-im-treating-my-covid?r=fo3x2&utm_medium=ios

Kirsch is a great resource.

I take the equivalent of Zelenko's Z-pack, which uses quercetin in place of HCQ, although I imagine in Thailand Rx drugs are easier to get than in the US.

I also use NAC 600mg twice daily and bovine lactoferrin.

This is all prophylaxis, I've never had Covid.

I had a friend who got it, I gave her Pepcid / Famotidine 20mg three times daily (Malone has an article on this) and Fluvoxamine.

Sorry to hear about the lurgi, Amy. If it IS Covid, it is most likely either the BA.4 or 5 variant, which has apparently found a way of slipping past the upper respiratory tract defences to infect the lungs in the same way as its Delta forerunner. If I were you, I would access one of the many early treatment protocols available on the Internet from the likes of Peter McCullough or Dr James Alexander. Government advice about waiting until you are having trouble breathing before seeking help has all too often turned out to be terminal! As an expat resident long term in Thailand, I have stocked up with ivermectin obtained via a local private health clinic and the missus has all sorts of pills and local witches brews. If I see you around, I'll pop a few tablets!

Seriously, we hope you and your daughter feel better soon and manage not to pass the virus (or whatever it is) on to your better half.

I have been taking vitamin D daily and eating turmeric and ginger gummies at the first sign of congestion or a sore throat and seems to work so I don't have experience for later illness stages. Headaches I get anymore seem to always be related to lack of proper hydration. My brother who is a nurse would say direct sunshine is good and mom would say sleep is the best medicine. I pray that God quickly brings healing and restoration to you and your daughter.

I will never take another paracetamol nor tylenol again as long as I live. It’s been revealed that it heavily depletes you’re glutathione which you badly need for healing. Many say it aggravates and elevates adverse events for childhood

v a c c i n e s as well. I stick with aspirin or ibuprofen. **If you can get ivermectin, take it right away! Covid replicates itself daily and ivermectin is needed quickly before the virus is doubled for days. Take

all the C your belly can stand, zinc, vitamin D or at least 25 min. sun, and get

on your belly awhile, daily, which helps phlegm not lodge in one spot in your lungs. Dr. Zev Zelenko has a fabulous protocol as do the frontline doctors, whose acronym I can’t recall at the

moment.

That makes sense about the danger of tylenol since NAC can be used to counteract a tylenol overdose which may be easier than many of us thought.

"the maker of Extra-Strength Tylenol brand acetaminophen has reduced the maximum dose from 8 pills (4,000 milligrams) to 6 pills (3,000 milligrams) a day."

My first husband took too much acetaminophen and had a bad reaction he could never take it again. Thais can pop them like they're candy you have to be very careful. Now that my nightmare migraine is gone I'm getting off the Tylenol

I used to think I was being quite clever, giving my kiddos tylenol just before a “well visit”, aka “vaccine vi$it”. I’ve learned that, for those kids with certain genetic makeup, tylenol exacerbates the harmful effects of many childhood vaccines. 😞

hugs also this bit of FLCCC, go to 10 min-15 min to see re vit D3 for prevent and D2 while with illness;

D3 takes a few weeks to build up and kick in, which i did not know....you probs eat some fishes as well and lots sun so your D is probs not as low as mine in cloudy OR...no matter what my immunity since my illness has served me very well, have NOT BEEN SICK SINCE. I was pretty bummed then....i know its tuff..better....best..https://odysee.com/@FrontlineCovid19CriticalCareAlliance:c/weekly_webinar_july06:7?r=2QYiZPCorVAp9SLUcg3Yo1HNTK9PZBJx

Take care — our guessed covids have been mild, but handling as a cold is all we’ve done. I’m pretty sure I’ve scared off starts of cold like things many times now by zinc bombing — popping things like zicam like candy.

When I had 'it' or whatever in late 2019, i only drank Burdock root tea (or dandelion root tea is similar), drank a pint a day (of Burdock root cuz i had it)....both contain inulin so blood sugar stabilizes and quercitin also.....better than pills-whole plants ...make HCQ, simmer citrus peels covered in water 30 min-1 hour and that is essentially the same HCQ, (lots of online says this is not possible to make, they are lying)....it took me 6 weeks to feel better, lay low and do not push yourself. It was essentially a bad flu. Keep your salt intake up as well, with much hydration you can lose too much salt.

Burdock root is a good reminder they sell something like that here I know it's good for kidneys

you can pan roast it if its raw, slowly, and it will taste more yummy to little tummies, also good with milk and or honey if you ask me....roasting increases sugar (inulin) content from what i have read....

yes gobo is the same and is more common even for stores to carry it looks like....coooling and opening....best

Sending love and healing energy from California! I would definitely follow FLCCC protocols. We are “un-ed” and we all had it back in January(maybe Delta, maybe Omicron, who knows). It was a significant cold/cough/fever/headache thing and I had/have anosmia, so that stinks(pun intended). We followed the protocols and it went away in 2-3 weeks. 🙏🏽💜

Back at the start of Nov'21 we are caught the 'vid. We being my wife, her 70yo mom, our 6yo, and me. It was like the flu for the two women - bedridden for a day or so and ill for about a weak. I felt a bit rundown for a couple of days. Our kid had a fever and that's it. It was no big deal. None of us are vaxxed.

Crazy to think the world grinded to a help and society willingly gave up its sense and liberty for this.

We self-treated with homeopath and lots of vitamins!

Hope you guys feel better soon.

Some considerations:

While IVM and HCQ have been said to be helpful, what are they really doing? Are they suppressing symptoms, killing/suppressing parasites or other microbes which are the body's janitorial agents?

The body develops fever for a reason, should that be interfered with?

The zinc and quercetin I think are fine, as covid may in some cases be zinc deficiency.

It is ok to fast and/or reduce food consumption as the digestive energy can be redirected, but fluids are likely helpful if desired.

Sleep is very good as it gives the body time to work on whatever the current issue is.

HCQ likely works as a zinc ionosphere, meaning it helps the body absorb zinc. I assume ivermectin helps in many cases because a lot of people have parasites and benefit from getting rid of them. Medicine is a balance/ imbalance thing. I see it with animals too: a healthy well fed dog will have very few fleas or ticks and there's no reason to disturb it with poisonous medicine. But another dog, poorly fed and eating out of garbage cans, will have a pile on of catastrophic consequences: gobs of ticks hundreds of fleas mange screw flies and mosquitos swarming, at which point outside help is needed to bring things back into balance. I take a very light touch on fever reducers my personal experience is prolonged symptoms (hacking cough, stuffy nose, diarrhea, vomiting) happen in the absence of fever while a very hot fever tends to burn all other symptoms out. But if it's making you that miserable take something for it...

FLCCC, homemade HCQ and “the best solution to pollution is dilution”. Drink LOTS of non-sugary stuff. My entire family (2 jabbed, 2 not) had a terrible bout last summer. I got a nebulizer and nebulized part colloidal silver and part hydrogen peroxide— FOOD GRADE. It was so helpful as I’d gotten double

pneumonia with the covid before I knew to

flip onto my belly. **NO single cell organism can live against silver, including viruses, bacteria nor fungi. I brew my

own 10-30ppm. Higher ppm is NOT better. Think silt v. confetti. Silt gets into

nooks & crannies far better.

I tried to get ivermectin a few times in the past both as a prophylaxis and because tape worms are a thing out here in people and pets. I went to 4 or 5 pharmacies and had no luck. There is a large pet shop in Phuket Town that sells a dog version of it but I was worried at the time it might contain extra ingredients that might not be so good. I wish I'd picked it up now! It is criminal. I'm feeling better today still have a dry cough but my fever is down. My girl is sleeping a lot and still doesn't want to eat she is still feverish. Hubby is still totally fine I recall he was sick in the summer of 2020 when I was in America maybe he built some immunity. Glad the ATK test seemed accurate my older girl's pcr experience in Michigan was terrible: she had a hacking cough for about two weeks and tested negative, so she continued physically attending school. About a month later she was forced to test because a jabbed kid in her class tested positive, at which point she tested positive with no symptoms and had to home school. It was clown world stuff from a public health perspective. I have vitamins I'll keep in mind on antibiotics and corticosteroids. What they did in pushing out alternatives is pure evil

Hi Amy,

Sorry to hear you and your daughter did catch covid. But good that both of you are already getting better. Pity you didn't had ivermectin at hand to take together with vitamin D3 and Zinc.

FYI > You can order Ivermectin on Shopee or Lazada. I bought 10 packs of EnDex-4000 each containing 10 pills, delivered in 2 days and it did cost less than 500 THB for the 10 packs of 10 pills, so dead cheap. En-Dex 4000 is meant for dogs, but as it is 100% pure Ivermectin that doesn't matter.

The dose is 1 pil of 4mcg Ivermectin per 15 to 20 kg body-weight (it is meant for medium-sized dogs). So for humans it would be 3 or 4 pills when you weigh 60 kg.

But the frequency by which you take a dose can vary according to the Treatment Protocol you are following.

When you take it prophylactic (preventive), e.g. when you are going to mass-events or to gatherings with many people, one dose (i.e. 3-4 pills for a 60kg weighing person) taken weekly is recommended.

When you experience symptoms of covid, you would take a dose daily. Preferably accompanied with other remedies (like vit-c, vit-D3, zinc, etc.).

As pure Ivermectin is one of the safest drugs available, it is as good as impossible to 'overdose' on it, surely when using the 100% pure form (like EnDex-4000). Be aware that there is also EnDex-8000 for larger dogs but that one does contain additional profphylactic ingredients, so you are best with the 100% pure EnDex-4000 variety.

Cheers and wish you a speedy full recovery, of course with the additional bonus of now having immunity to covid.
