Legal immigration meanwhile has been made insanely complicated, time consuming, expensive and difficult. It's a destabilization process all around...

Amy, I'm thinking - for exemption - what if you get the list of ingredients to the jabs and find any ingredient that humans are either allergic to, or is poison to humans (many of those ingredients), or flat out causes death to humans - I'm thinking that would be hard to not give exemption to. Many people present with "religious beliefs" exemption. Easy to say no. But flat out poisons? Didn't Brian Ardis have forms on his website to help with this? Someone did.

One would think that a medical exemption which Ka should qualify for in a sane world would carry higher weight, though I am quite religiously opposed to him being shot up with God knows what. Now the US Embassy did send me the detailed list of panel physician instructions: at this point I wasn't even aware of what Covid jabs were okay, quite frankly. Researching the indivdual ingredients is a good way to go but I'm going to be inquiring on timelines for waivers...

Amy, run the titers for required vaccines before you go to the medical appointment. That way you have the paperwork and that is accepted. Then, complete the medical and come vaccine portion, you say you will file for the exemption via I-601. That way you've completed the medical exam and get to do the interview but the visa will be left pending the I-601 waiver. You'll get a 221g for I-601 waiver - just keep in touch with the embassy so they don't return the paperwork to NVC. You can use the waiver for any or all vaccines and USCIS has been approving those.
Additionally, (and you may want to go with your husband to the medical exam, there's a lot of medical shading going on with these medical doctors in different countries) you go there with the copy of this medical exam https://omb.report/icr/202207-1405-004/doc/123423800 where it clearly says under 2. Vaccination Documentation - doctor makes a checkmark for the box listed as Immigrant Visa applicant requests Individual Waiver based on religious or moral convictions (Class A).
