really cool the hockey player autographed and appreciated your art!
municipal tap water is horrid everywhere I've lived without a well to avoid trying it. and I agree that the "action levels" for toxic contaminants are set ridiculously high to avoid having to do anything about them.
WE had a well at our old bungalow in Phuket and often drank from it, My caveat is it should have been tested: we had one friend in Koh Samui who was assured his well water was safe but it turned out with insane high levels of several heavy metals. It’s buyer beware everywhere it seems..
I can often taste or smell the difference in water. Many moons ago in my environmental science days I did a lot of water sample testing. Most of it at least in Lucas county Ohio with the muddy Maumee was quite clean despite looking dirty. On some other sources the opposite was the case.
Sometimes my husband harvests green edible vegetables in the area for cooking. I’m not sure if that is wild lettuce as that does not grow around here to my knowledge…
Excellent post, Amy. “Why do they hate us so much?” I think it’s ALL profit motive. They are addicted to greed, and evil has everything to do with it whether they know it or not. According to Soros, the sole purpose of business is maximizing profit. Lying, cheating, stealing, monopolies, war, and bankrupting economies are highly profitable. In their necrotic minds, if morality exists it has nothing to do with business. They don’t hate us. They barely think about us. We’re just a nameless, faceless commodity—a source of revenue, exploitable tools, targets for practice, and occasional complications to be ignored or eliminated. [End of rant.]
The only thing in my water that site didn’t list is microplastics. You might like Shawn Ryan’s podcast #181 with Peter Attia, “The Science of Longevity, Nutrition Myths and Medicine.” I’d attach a link, but Spotify won’t let me. I believe Shawn is also on YouTube and Apple Podcasts. Attia is a fan of osmosis filters and an avowed enemy of plastics.
I like the yellow I just would not have used it for the floor. It’s hard to clean will get dirty easily and drawing your eye in highlights flaws. That said I suppose it is growing on me. One thing I can say for sure is that from a distance you can definitely tell there’s been renovation going on and the paint color choices already scream this is going to be a minimart even without a sign up yet…
Water is fascinating. I've recently encountered a suggestion that all anti-nanotechnology detoxes should be done with distilled water.
I ran out of Double Pass Reverse Osmosis (DPRO) water a few days ago which I buy from a local natural grocer with such a system. I have my own containers and refill them in the store. So, I used distilled water which I had. Might be some truth to the assertion. I felt a difference. I have a distillation system which I haven't yet used and will very soon.
The "My friendship circle after telling people about Convid..." is how I feel these days.
I've had amazing recovery with the earthing mat. I don't like the mat as I have mentioned in a previous post but can't afford a self-standing unit quite yet. I'm so electrified that, if I touch people, I shock them. Yikes!
I ran into an exceptionally good Substack this morning by Paulette Coates. She says that too much detoxing can trigger autoimmune responses. I think she's right. Balancing health is important. I'm glad that I've been going slowly and trying each treatment individually so I see the results.
Back to the water theme...I also use a water filter in the shower which has layers of mineral filters (rocks), Vit. C, etc. I really notice a difference. The water is softer.
The Star Trek meme reminds me.... One of the best episodes has been "An Inner Light" where Jean Luc is zapped with a ray from a seemingly probe. He's unconscious for about 25 minutes but ends up living an entire lifetime on a planet whose sun is going nova. Has children who have children. Grows old. Watches his wife pass away, and then he himself goes. The probe ends with the people saying that they use this technique so that other species/races will know that they existed.
These good episodes are so multidimensional. I think we can do likewise even from our normal-everyday lives here now. How easily our dimensions overlap. Everything tries to tell us that we're finite beings, but truly, we aren't.
Those cats sure love EMF for some reason...maybe they're filtering it for us poor dogs. Thanks for the water website info. What are your thoughts on Berkee filters?
I have not tried one but I have considered buying a Burkee filter on a few occasions.Cats oddly don’t seem bothered by EMF my cat Sprout used to always try to sit on my laptop. I think environmental cleanup just like health issues is often multifaceted. But by the grace of God we live…
Seriously, red cabbage is the stupidest life form on the planet.
It was not serious, I was being facetious, but I said seriously to set up a little joke, because fun.
About water, I use a reverse osmosis system. I use a device to measure how pure is the water, from time to time. I try to keep the reads under 12 ppm. When it reaches 20, I change the filters.
Water is very important, and the more purified it is, the better, in my opinion.
Some people claim that shilajit is a good source of essential minerals. If you take purified water, you might need essential minerals from somewhere else, like fruit, meat or anything that is alive. But I'm scared of shilajit. I am not in love with the concept.
If you haven't tried, maybe you could attempt the MMS protocol or CDS protocol explained by Andreas Kalcker. Some people say CDS is a universal antidote. I have my doubts, it sounds exaggerated.
It’s always a balancing act with water. We had an RO system in Las Vegas but it stopped working some years ago and nobody bothered fixing it. I’ve heard the claim that you want some minerals in water, which is why I often default to mineral or spring water anymore. Regarding MMS I looked into it a bit in early January when I had a hacking cough but no headaches. I’ve always been fascinated by the circumstances under which water might transform.
I should go back to testing the water myself. Here at the camp Ka insists you can drink the tap but it smells funny and I don’t trust it. I read somewhere that drinking water is the only easy way to pick up silicon that takes out aluminum…
LOL what’s wrong with cabbage IS it smarter than former President cabbage?

our well water in south Missouri (and other well samples) was tested by another student in my chemistry class for her science fair project.
the only disturbing thing in it was a low level of fluoride, much less than would be added to city water.
that water tasted so good... I miss access to decent water

Let your nose be your guide…
Have you tried wild lettuce for pain? I have been taking it daily for years with no side effects just less pain.
Sometimes my husband harvests green edible vegetables in the area for cooking. I’m not sure if that is wild lettuce as that does not grow around here to my knowledge…

I bought , hopefully, a good water filter, I love your writing and your memes, I try to read all your emails you send out, keep up the good work
Amazing 1 min. water video. / Yellow sounds uplifting for the floor. / Concerned about your headaches.

Your path is more difficult because your calling is higher...
Amen.
For minerals I take sea vegetables and stinging nettle.
Fun memes and water info. But I don't think that was me you're crediting for the link.
Good wishes!
Interesting! I’m going to have to backtrack on that mixup for my own clarification. Thanks!
some real crackers this time!

I mean, it's a domesticated cabbage. If you throw it into the forest it couldn't survive one minute the attacks from wild cabbages.
Pathetic. And too sulfurous. And probably a commie. I'm distrustful of red cabbages 🤣🤣🤣
That red cabbage pic was beautiful and I felt like I was walking down the pathway to light! LOL!
Amy - I look forward to every meme-filled post you send!
Varied and very clever!
